Who will help you when you call or come in? Here are our current employees and a little information about them.
Office StaffDanielle Deal
If you call us you will most likely be connected to Danielle. She began working for us in September of 2009. She is a 2004 graduate of York College with a double major. She holds a BA in English and a BA in Communications with an emphasis in Theater. She enjoys photography and previously worked as a photographer/office manager at a studio in Amarillo, Texas. We are very grateful to have her working for us, answering our phones, managing the accounts and dressing the store windows.
Adam has been working with computers since 1999. He previously worked as a desktop support technician at Case-New Holland in Grand Island and as a phone support technician at QuickServe in Omaha. He came to work for us full time in August 2008. His extensive background and experience has given him the tools to get the work done. He is Donna and Dale's son.
Eric holds a BA in Mathematics from York College and previously worked as a server at Country Kitchen. He is an avid "gamer" with an extensive knowledge of computers. Looking for a more rewarding job, we asked him to work for us in January 2007. He is a great fit to our store, with the people skills he learned as a server and the natural ability to diagnosis and fix computers.
Jake has been working with computers since 1990. He has been building computers for Non-profit organizations for the last 6 years. He also maintains the websites for Nebraska Youth Camp, Hastings and North Platte Churches of Christ and his own site at jakemunsell.com. He came to work for us full time in May 2008. He graduated from York College with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Computer Information Systems. With his wide range of computer skills and his avid gaming experience, we find Jake to be a very important asset to our company.
A+ Certified Technician
Donna holds a BA in Human Resource Management from York College. She got her initial interest in computers from working in the Technology Department at Cornerstone bank. She then went on to read a lot of those thick, boring computer books to learn all about how they work. After passing the A+ Certification Technician test, she started offering services to help others in 2001. She opened the downtown location in November of 2005.
Buddy the Shop Dog
Buddy began greeting customers in August 2007. Born in 2004, he is a full bred Schnauzer. Although he is an avid barker, he loves people and biscuits.
