Evaluation/Walk-in Help - $20.00 Immediate Walk-in Help that takes less than 15 minutes to figure out what is wrong and/or fix it OR work done to evaluate the cost of repair. Minimum - $40.00 Work that takes more than 15 minutes but less than 1 hour. Hourly - $65.00 Work that takes 1 hour or more, 1/4 hour increments after the first hour. Starting rate for all service calls. Full Virus Cleanup - $95.00 A complete virus cleanup that does not require a wipe and re-load of the hard drive. Virus Wipe and Reload - $150.00 We will back up your data, format the drive, re-load the OS with drivers, and restore your data. Programs can be reloaded with a customer provided disk for an additional charge.
